| History |
Creighton McAllistair was born into a wealthy family and attended the finest boarding schools, where he excelled in his classes. In college, he showed his true talent for business and finance, often to the jealousy of his classmates. He lost an eye in a fencing "accident" with one of these jealous classmates, and McAllistair vowed revenge.
After graduation, his parents both died in an accident and McAllistair inherited their sizable fortune. Using his business savvy, he turned the fortune into a vast financial empire within a few years and began dabbling in dealing arms on the black market. As his dreams of power grew grander, he amassed a personal army of mercenaries and began calling himself the Crime Minister. This soon gained the attention of InterSec, the world police agency. They sent out their top agent, Prism, and recruited regional hero Sparx to assist her in stopping the villain's plan to take over the world financial markets. Prism and Sparx were briefly captured by Crime Minister but escaped and defeated him, sending him to prison.
Eventually released from detention, Crime Minister decided to amass a new army, but this time with megapowered agents as well. |

Crime Minister has delusions of greed and grandeur and believes he should be in charge of ruling the world. He is also paranoid. He is a big fan of secrets and revenge. He thinks money can take care of any problem, and he is almost always right. He loves his pet cat, Mr. Puddums. |
