Personality Mastery takes great pride in its team of teenaged troublemakers, the Enclave of Evil. But exactly what is the being known as Mastery is a source of confusion; it is unclear if Mastery is a robot, an animated suit of armor, some sort of alien being, or possibly even a hard-light hologram. All that is known is that Mastery is a being of cold and calculating intelligence.

The suit of electronic armor gives Mastery enhanced strength (able to lift three tons), speed and endurance, as well as a strong layer of protection from physical and energy attacks. It also allows Mastery to fly, project powerful plasma beams, and absorb energy and channel it into its physical strength. Mastery also has some sort of radar field around it that can detect objects within a certain proximity, and can also tap into computer and communication systems, such as television, broadcast radio, police and government systems, and the Internet. What other weapons and devices may be part of the armor is unknown.

Mastery does not need to breathe and is immune to extremes in pressure and temperature. Mastery may also have some form of hypnotic power to sway the wills of other beings, and is highly resistant to mental control and telepathy.

Skills Mastery is skilled in computer programming and electrical engineering, and can speak several languages fluently (English, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish).
